created in the summer of 2004 this unit now includes six additional controls, two of which have dual functions. with all controls unset the unit behaves as normal.

PITCH UP / DISTORTION CONTROL

(above left) three position switch with centre position off. up position turns the unit into a chipmunk. down position turns it into an angry, distorted chipmunk.

VARIABLE PITCH CONTROL

(above right) if the pitch/rant control has been activated in either direction this controls the pitch from it's current pitch setting (normal or chipmunk) down to a thundering, confused growl or anywhere in between.

RESET BUTTON

(above right) the all important momentary reset switch for when things get too weird.

PITCH / RANT CONTROL

three position switch with centre posiion off. up position activates the rotary pitch contoller. down also activates the pitch controller but now the poor thing rants for extended periods making up new words as it goes. pitched down with distortion, this can be genuinly frightening.

BELCH

(left of picture) press and release to belch the next word.

DRAWL

(right of picture). press and hold for texan draaawls, loops and belches. use in conjunction with the pitch control for extra confusion.
